When we shift our vibration to a higher frequency, we allow for more peace, happiness, and flow in our lives. Here are some easy and effective ways to raise your vibration.

1. Make time for self-care
Self-care raises our vibrations like nothing else. When we take care of our deeper needs and do things that nurture us, we build resilience towards stressors we cannot avoid.
Some ways to engage in self-care are journaling, prioritizing sleep, getting a massage, or going out into nature.
2. Keep your body active, nourished, and hydrated
The physical body directly impacts the energy body and vice versa. Keeping the body in rhythm is one of the best ways to keep our vibrations high.
It is important to eat a high-vibrational diet, which means fresh food. Avoid anything that’s processed, stale, or unhealthy. Keep yourself hydrated and remember to sip on water throughout the day.
Lastly, being physically stagnant also stagnates our energy. Keeping the body in motion is a good way to keep vibrations high.
3. Do something you love
When we do something every day that we love and enjoy, it infuses in us the vibrations of love, joy, and peace.
This can be different for everyone. Find an activity that you feel really good doing and incorporate it into your daily life. Singing, dancing, gardening, or playing with a pet are some examples of things that can feel good.
4. Breathwork and Meditation
Breathing deeply and consciously helps disturbed emotions to settle down and restores a sense of calm, thus raising our vibrations.

Some of us might be more sensitive to picking up the energies of people, places, and things. Not everyone or everything is conducive to our well-being.
It is important to pay attention to how we feel about certain people and places. If someone or something leaves us feeling drained, we can either avoid them or, if possible, cut them out of our lives.
6. Declutter
There is nothing high-vibe about clutter. It blocks space and creates stagnation in our physical environment.
Discarding things that we do not need any longer by either donating them or repurposing them can transform the energy of our space.
Ask yourself what does not serve you any longer and get rid of it.
7. Practice gratitude
There is nothing like feeling gratitude to raise your vibration. It is the easiest and quickest way to discard any negativity from your heart and mind.
When we consciously practice gratitude, we create a habit to appreciate the good in our lives.
